Wood Care & Refurbishment

ADDCO provides all types of wood care services. It starts with wood maintenance, where minor damage is repaired with color-matching brushes and pens. Refurbishment is used when damage occurs that is beyond normal wear and tear. This involves filling deep gouges and scratches with resins, and re-coating the wood millwork to match existing surfaces.

Additionally, ADDCO provides full refinishing, where the existing finishes are stripped, filled as required, sanded, re-stained, and clear coated.

Experience

We boast the most experienced workforce in the Southeast. Our metal foreman all have at least 15 years of metal refinishing behind them, and none of our current apprentices have less than two years experience.

It involves providing schedules that outline the work to be performed, scheduling work in a manner that does not disturb tenants or lead to late night phone calls, thoroughly cleaning the work area after refinishing, and following up with quality control inspections.
